This assignment for school consisted out of rebranding and composing a promotional campaign for a fictious food truck. I came up with “Ice Ice baby”, an ice-cream truck that sells artisanal ice for young and old. The assignment contained designing a logo, a mascot, the look of the food truck, illustrations for a promotional poster and advertisement, food tickets and screen designs for site.
My main goal was to design a look and feel that attracts both young and old people. I used cozy and adorable illustrations to attract the little ones, and used vintage colors and fonts to evoke a nostalgic feeling for the grown-ups. Using a slogan like “You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy ice-cream”, seals the deal.
